The things people ask first
Do I need the software if I buy the documents?
No. The packs are a complete paper system — plenty of certified companies run on Word and Excel. The software is for when the filing becomes the problem rather than the writing.
Is the software per user?
No. It's priced per company, flat, with unlimited users. Adding your whole team costs nothing extra — which is deliberate, because most QMS software charges per seat and quietly discourages people from using it.
Will this get me certified?
Nothing gets you certified except doing the work and passing the audit. What we provide is the documentation, the system to run it in, and — if you want it — someone who has been through it sitting beside you.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from inside the app. Cancelling archives your workspace rather than deleting it, and you can export every register to Excel or PDF whenever you like. Your data is yours.
Is it only ISO 9001?
Today, yes. The software is built specifically for ISO 9001:2015 and doesn't pretend to cover ISO 13485, AS9100, or FDA 21 CFR Part 11. If you're in a regulated medical or aerospace environment, you need a validated system, and we'd tell you so.
